Terms & Conditions

• Prices quoted are per vehicle (unless stated otherwise), in Indian Rupees, and are confirmed only once you receive a fixed quote from our team — prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices and can vary with group size, hotel category, and season.
• A booking is confirmed once we receive an advance deposit; the remaining balance is payable during the tour, before or after each day's itinerary as agreed at booking.
• Groups of 6 or more receive a 10% discount. Children under 5 travel free; ages 5–12 are charged 50% of the adult rate.

Itineraries are planned around your preferences but may be adjusted for monument closures, traffic, weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to offer a comparable alternative and keep you informed of any change.

• Carry a valid government-issued photo ID for monument entry and hotel check-in, as required by Indian law.
• Follow the dress code and conduct rules at monuments and religious sites (e.g. the Taj Mahal, mosques, and temples).
• Arrive at the agreed pickup time — significant delays may shorten the time available at each stop.

Rajhans Tours arranges transport, guiding, and hotel bookings on your behalf and takes reasonable care in selecting vehicles, drivers, guides, and partner hotels. We are not liable for delays, losses, or inconvenience caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, monument closures, flight delays, or actions of third-party service providers. We recommend travellers take out personal travel insurance for their trip.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
